3D pixel shooter game for PC
Blocks and Bones is a free action game for PC from developer HawkSandwich. It is a first-person shooter done in the style of 3D pixel art. In it, players face off against waves of zombies, and they must survive for as long as they can with the help of weapons and items.
Combining the aesthetics of Minecraft with the over-the-top action of something like Turbo Overkill, Block and Bones provides a distinct FPS experience that is charming and brutal at the same time. This demo version will provide a good idea of what you can expect gameplay-wise.
Pixel zombies
Blocks and Bones is a rather straightforward and no-nonsense action game wherein you basically play as a one-man army fighting against waves of zombies. The game has two modes to choose from, and the first is Zombie Mode. It is your standard endless mode wherein you will try to fend off the undead horde for as long as you can.
As you kill enemies, you'll collect coins that you can use to purchase weapons and defense turrets from the pop-up shop to help defend against zombies and slow their advance. The second mode is called Build Mode and as its name suggests, serves as your game editor that lets you create your own levels with all kinds of layouts and setpieces you want.
You can also share your creation with the community online and download other maps straight from the main menu if you're looking for more outside the main two modes mentioned above. Now, as mentioned earlier, this is just a demo version of Blocks and Bones which provides short gameplay. There's also no official release date for the full game yet.
